Pulze Controllers LLC WARRANTY INFORMATION

 

 

Pulze controllers are custom modified as requested by the customer. Therefore, returns cannot be accepted and refunds can’t be issued for our controllers. However, you can contact us if you experience any issue, and we will do our best to help you resolve it.

 

We know that you will be satisfied with our product but here are the warranty policies for our controllers:

Parts that were modified on your controller, per your request, will be repaired or replaced within the warranty period if the defect or malfunctioning is a result of the building process. Prior to shipping your controller to our facilities, at your own expense, please contact our customer service department at support@pulzecontrollers.com with a brief description of your issue, the Pulze controller certification received with your controller and your updated contact information. Our customer service department will do its best to contact you within the next 24 to 48 hours with further information. If you do not have the Pulze controller certification, Pulze Controllers LLC will not honor the warranty.

 

Issued not covered by Pulze Controllers LLC warranty:

  • Signs of blunt force such as cracked or deformed cases
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) or water
  • Issues of controller parts not modified by Pulze Controllers LLC, such as: USB charging port, wireless connectivity, speaker, microphone, light bar, non-registering buttons
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Malfunctioning analog sticks after the warranty period
