Shipping

Every order ships tracked. You'll get a number as soon as your controller leaves us, and you can follow it through to delivery.

Below is how orders ship, and who pays for what when a controller comes back to us for a warranty repair.

If you compete, keep a spare. Controllers are wear items — even the best parts give out eventually. A second controller means a repair never costs you a tournament.

Who pays for what on a warranty repair

Leg of the journey United States International

The repair itself Covered Covered
Sending it back to you Covered · 2-3 days You cover it

Inside the US we cover the whole round trip on a warranty repair, with 2-3 day delivery on the way back. Outside the US, shipping in both directions is the customer's responsibility and we cover the repair. After four months we still repair controllers at a reasonable price to keep them working like new.

The detail

What we do

  • Send a tracking number as soon as your controller ships
  • Package every controller securely to prevent damage in transit
  • Cover the return label, the repair and 2-3 day shipping back to you on US warranty repairs
  • Cover the repair itself wherever you are in the world
  • Keep repairing controllers at a fair price once the warranty period has ended

What we can't be responsible for

  • International shipping, in either direction — that's the customer's to arrange and pay
  • Delivery delays caused by weather or the carrier
  • Parcels lost, stolen or damaged while in the carrier's possession
  • Addresses entered incorrectly at checkout — please check yours
  • Claims with the carrier, which the customer needs to submit
