A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Through this number you will be able to track your controller regarding the estimated delivery date, as provided by USPS.
Pulze Controllers is not responsible for any delivery delays due to weather or any other delay caused by the shipping provider. If the package is lost, misplaced, stolen or damaged once is in possession of the shipping provider, Pulze Controllers can not and will not be responsible. We will make sure that the controller is securely packaged to prevent any damage.
Pulze Controllers will not be responsible of any misspelling regarding the name and address provided by the customer that could cause the package to get lost. Please make sure that the information provided is accurate.
The customer is responsible of submitting a claim to the shipping provider regarding any delivery issue.
