Shipping
Every order ships tracked. You'll get a number as soon as your controller leaves us, and you can follow it through to delivery.
Below is how orders ship, and who pays for what when a controller comes back to us for a warranty repair.
If you compete, keep a spare. Controllers are wear items — even the best parts give out eventually. A second controller means a repair never costs you a tournament.
Who pays for what on a warranty repair
| Leg of the journey | United States | International |
|---|---|---|
| Sending it to us | We cover the label | You cover it |
| The repair itself | Covered | Covered |
| Sending it back to you | Covered · 2-3 days | You cover it |
Inside the US we cover the whole round trip on a warranty repair, with 2-3 day delivery on the way back. Outside the US, shipping in both directions is the customer's responsibility and we cover the repair. After four months we still repair controllers at a reasonable price to keep them working like new.
