Returns
Every Pulze controller is modified to order, to the spec you chose, so returns work differently here than they do for off-the-shelf hardware.
If you're unhappy with your controller you have 7 days from the day it arrives to request a return.
If the controller is faulty, you don't want this page. A fault caused by our work is a warranty repair — inside the US we cover the shipping both ways, and there's no restocking fee either way. Start at warranty instead. This page is for changing your mind.
Which one is it?
| Reason for sending it back | Who pays shipping | Restocking fee |
|---|---|---|
| It's faulty — a warranty repair | We do · US label included | None |
| You've changed your mind — within 7 days | You do | $50 |
Outside the US, shipping is the customer's responsibility in both directions — on a warranty repair as well as a return. We cover the repair itself wherever you are.
How a change-of-mind return works
Ask within 7 days
You have 7 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Write to support@pulzecontrollers.com and tell us what isn't right. Requests after that window can't be accepted.
Send it back
On a change-of-mind return, shipping back to us is at your own expense. Pack the controller in a box rather than a padded envelope, with an inch of padding on every side, and include your order number.
We assess it
Once it reaches us the controller is checked over for damage. Your refund is based on the condition it comes back in.
Refund, less restocking
A $50 restocking fee is deducted from the original purchase. The rest goes back to your original payment method.
